We would appreciate it if you could ensure the recipient name, address and telephone number is correct and that there will be someone to receive your beautiful gift on the intended date. If not there may be a delay in delivery as we will need to communicate with you for the correct information.

Same day Delivery is available for orders received before 10am Mon - Sat as long as there are available delivery slots. If not we will need to deliver the following working day. Orders received after 10am will be delivered the following working day. Some towns and cities do offer sunday deliveries but this is by special arrangement and you will need to either email us at customerservice@all99.com or call us at 603-5631 5877, 3 days before the intended delivery date so that we can check.

Please note we can not guarantee delivery dates or times for this service. However, we will try our level best to ensure your wishes are carried out.

Depending on seasonal availability florists may need to substitute items for an alternative, similar in style, colour, quality and value to ensure item is delivered on time. Unless otherwise stated products do not include a vase, flower basket or container.
